I reached out to Romero Cleaning seeking a deep clean for my 1900 sq ft home. They not only responded quickly but put a crew together to clean the very next day. My house was very messy after a year and a half of work from home and virtual school for my girls. I was beyond thrilled to see my home out from the cloud of clutter and dust. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on how many rooms the houses has, some people calculate their price by sf, that’s more fair but a little more complicated, so we staying with the way our prices are calculated.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask what day they want the cleaning, we usually don’t do estimates, we like going straight to the point.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Well, after I work with a company but then I decide to work on my own
