We’ve really loved our experience with Spotless Cleaning. They are very through and leave our house looking and smelling amazing! We have 2 dogs and you’d never know by looking at our couches!

They were super thorough and totally worth the cost. We trusted them with our most valuable items and were not disappointed. We were really happy with them agreeing to clean our place during this crisis. All they asked was to have the place evacuated for 8 hours prior to their arrival to limit exposure. We were very satisfied and would definitely hire them again.

I don’t know where to start. Around two hours into the cleaning I was told they hadn’t been informed I needed a deep cleaning, which was the service I’d requested. This was a lie. Upon checking my living room and kitchen, realized they hadn’t even done a good surface cleaning. Asked about it, and she said the fingerprints I saw had just been placed there (on every surface?). This was a lie. I have used home cleaners for years, and have never dealt with such poor quality of cleaning-ever. There was confusion around the terms of the arrangement causing the owner to ask her to deep clean halfway through. I asked for her to not do that, because I could see the quality wasn’t there. I finally asked them to just leave my home (which I have never, ever done before). Owner asked me to take photos and offered a bonus cleaning of my living room for sometime in July. I sent photos. Owner told me the cleaning ladies said my photos were from before the cleaning. At this point, I was in the middle of cleaning my house because it was still dirty. Sent the $231 I was charged for the travesty. Re-sent my photos with time stamps to prove I wasn’t lying (bizarre and ridiculous). Hoping this never happens to anyone else, as I do believe the owner is dedicated to good work, and just was misrepresented by her team members assigned to my home. I’m moving on.
