Versatility Cleaning Solutions take pride in the customers we’ve served throughout the short time we were able to establish our business. Although we have over 14 years’ experience in residential cleaning we just recently became registered, bonded & insured in 2019. We offer both residential and commercial cleaning services in Raleigh, North Carolina and surrounding areas. Our services include dusting, mopping, cleaning windows, oven cleaning, tubs, sinks, baseboards, cobwebs, vanities, vacuuming, laundry, refrigerator cleaning,blinds, ceiling fans and taking out trash. We are thriving in this business solely on the basis of absolutely LOVING what we do day in and day out. When your main priority is the customer’s happiness the job is fairly easy. Indeed a beautiful cleaning service was provided. Between being active duty military and moving into my new home was enough to worry about than to ensure everything was clean as well as sanitized.
They came out when they said they would and completed more tasks, then previously agreed without seeking additional credit. The kitchen and bathrooms feel like they just had a facelift. The living room and other areas were just as great.
They walked me through some areas of concern to ensure I was aware of anything within my home. I felt as though I had a cleanness inspection completed free of charge to ensure the value of my home can only increase with proper maintenance of everything within it.
Everything was above expectations, and the new home ultimately feels like a fresh, clean home. I will be taking advantages of other services they provide with other rooms within my house.
I would and will recommend this company to other people within the covered service areas.

Initially, when I made contact with VCS, I wanted a 1 time only DEEP clean for my sister's home as a surprise. I thought that I was giving them an impossible agenda, as my little sister's neglected house is full of random clutter and dog hair. When Alexis showed up (1 person) I was skeptical that she would be overwhelmed with the necessary chores (3 bed, 3 bath, 2,200 sqft home) She organized, THEN cleaned without breaking a sweat! I was VERY impressed with how hard she worked in such a timely fashion. It was very admirable. She made me feel like I need to get up off me a** and get sh** done! I respect that.
Not only am I very happy with the outcome, I want her to come back weekly to help out my very busy baby sister and I have already reccomended her to my closest friends.
I added some photos that literally give her no justice on the work she did, but shows that she is detailed and delicate with other people's belongings.
