On time, thorough, and very knowledgeable, Joel Cocker explained everything clearly and went above and beyond inspecting our existing crawl space encapsulation. He also took extra care servicing our industrial dehumidifier and had the report turned around in less than 24 hours. Very professional. Im really happy with his service and I highly recommend him.
