- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer hourly rates for both labor only and full service moves. Price includes: moving blankets/pads, dollies, hand trucks, ratchet straps, and hand tools.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of what we know is self-taught. We've learned a lot along the way. We also attend seminars with the North Carolina Utilities Commission where we gain even more knowledge about the moving industry and areas where we can improve to meet our customers satisfaction. Being a member of the Movers Association is a great benefit to our company and our entire team. Lots of helpful and valuable information available to us.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
