I received bids from four contractors to patch and sealcoat my 800' long asphalt driveway. Sergio's bid was by far the lowest, only about half of the next lowest bid, and I was very tempted to hire him, but first I wanted to see evidence of his work quality. Pictures on thumbtack from other reviewers did not show this kind of work by him so I asked him to give me the addresses of nearby sites where he had done similar work. He gave me only two - one was 30 miles away in Zebulon and the other was a large commercial parking lot of a well-known discount retailer. I asked him to confirm that indeed we were thinking of the same place and he did, so I went to see that one and saw no evidence of any recent sealcoating or patching work at all! So I told Sergio this and asked him he had another address for me to look at and only then did he admit he hadn't done any sealcoating anywhere near me. I guess he had hoped I wouldn't bother to actually check! Anyway, hire him at your own risk.

Initially responsive, but does not follow through on appointments and schedule work. Sergio lied about having an accident nearly 2 hours before our scheduled work was to begin. He even sent an old photos of an accident and when caught in a lie, he simply apologized. Bad business!

I had a 10:30 appointment why they never showed up for. Then he sent me a message that he could be here in 50 minutes, but if you can’t trust them to come to an appointment, how can you trust they will be there to do the job?? He just lost the opportunity to earn my business. Hopefully he will learn from this experience. Do not trust nor use them!!
