Reliable Heating & Air installed a new system in our home this week, after which we had an installation issue. We called the company and they immediately sent someone out. Juan meticulously checked everything and found the problem quickly, corrected it, and then did a comprehensive check on the entire system. He was polite, informational and got the job done in a timely manner. Plus, I didn't mention they had to drive an hour and a half into a different state to work on the unit. Very impressed with repairman, Juan. Also, no doubt, sales mgr, Caleb was and is a phenomenal representative for the company.
