Working with Chanda was seamless. The process of securing a home is not for the faint at heart, and having Chanda representing us providing the opportunity to breathe. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am paid off of commissions made from each real estate transaction. Real estate commissions vary from agency to agency. Contact me to discuss my company’s rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to have a brief phone conversation with my customers to discuss their real estate needs. If they feel that Moore's Realty is great fit for them and they would like to hire our firm to represent them. Then I set up a face-to-face meeting to discuss either the buying or selling process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Real Estate agent. I have taken numerous real estate courses, workshops and continuing education classes and any required real estate training.
