I had just closed on my home -- a new build in a new community, and Luis also pointed out several areas where the builder's excavation crew had damaged remaining pine and oak trees and recommended a pruning sealant to protect the trees and prevent future damage from termites, pine beetles, etc. I purchased and applied it next day, as he was concerned about termites found in one of the downed trees.
Luis provided an in-person estimate, which was quick and reasonable, and his team was professional and cleaned up the area after their work -- despite a hydraulic failure with their equipment and having to finish the project after sunset.
Overall, great work! I'm satisfied and would recommend this team -- especially for emergency clean-ups during a stressful time!
