East Carolina Energy Experts removed themselves from project, and hired another electrical company, once homeowner became very rude and unreasonable. All expensive from second contractor where paid for by East Carolina Energy Experts. East Carolina Energy Eperts pride themselves in giving all customers an expert experience. ECEE is very sorry that they could not meet Mr. McCabe unrealistic expectations because of color. E & J electrical company came in inspected current situation that Mr. James done. It was determined that Mr. James had done everthing correctly and additonal issues that where not related to the current problem was exsist. E&J electrical resolved all issues and was paid by East Carolina Energy Experts for joint repairs that where conducted by both Mr. James and E&J electrical. Mr. Smith was only happy and satisfied with performance once sevices where render from someone that resembled him.... East Carolina Energy Experts are truly sorry that Mr. McCabe had to make such derogatory comment towards ECEE and staff. However, East Carolina Energy Experts will not and does not tolerate any disrespect, racism, or blatant discrimination towards any staff. (Thats why we called in someone that resemble Mr. McCabe).
