I highly recommend EZ Septic Pros! From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. Solid Team - Honest and consistent with what was explained to me about my system. There is no BS sidebars or forgot to mention facts which is important as septic issues and repairs are intimidating or scary. Explained thoroughly what my issue was and how to fix the immediate issue. Then explained the system itself in detail and how it works systematically and advised options of preventing future issuesNot a up-sell but an understanding of how the connecting pieces impact each other and the preventative maintenance that can be done to help the immediate fix last over time. I was surprised that maintenance plans were VERY inexpensive in themselves.and in comparison to system repair, no brainer. Being from AZ knowing nothing abt septic systems and coming to NC and having one is common, Ive experienced the nightmare of well this should do it and having to repair more than expected or needed too from what was done originally. I dont do reviews often as Customer Service & Experience is a lost art of Business unless youre spending big $$& or you you are someone special, Ez Septic took the time that I needed, made sure my questions were answered and I was educated and knowledgeable abt the $$$ I was abt to spend. No hard sell or guilt to do more or less, made me feel secure that my home is truly taken care of and will be for the foreseeable future. Many thanks to the EZ Septic Team, current and longtime to be customer.
