- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system. I review the customers request and then I go from there. I have found everyones request and expectations are different and I want the quotes to be a fair as possible for my customers and myself.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well initially I like to get with the customer either by phone or person and go over what I do and find out exactly what they are in need of in their home. I have learned that my outlook of standard or deep clean my be different from a cutomers. I always like to make sure we are on the same page and that we have the same expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 7 years experience cleaning residentially. I began cleaning post construction sites as part of a crew. The more jobs I went to the better I got. I started to branch off and look for work of my own and that's when I had my first residential customer. From there I have done commercial cleans, post construction, residentials. I always turn out good consistent work and I stand behind what I tell my customers.
