I was amazed how quickly Jason was willing to come out. I kept asking if things needed to be replaced and instead of taking advantage of the situation, he told me things were fine as they were and I didn't need to pay him hundreds of dollars to replace them. Then he did some basic maintenance and charged me WAY less than I was expecting. He was friendly the whole time and so professional. I will be calling him again.

We had a mold problem behind a wall in our manufactured home. Jason came and fixed it up within a few days (with a few days in between to let everything dry) and now there is no mold smell at all and the wall looks great, like nothing ever happened. Thank you Jason!

My pricing is average. Work quality is high. I will often add on extras at the end of a job to make the client happy and make my work stand out.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting comfortable on a personal level is important. Getting to know each other a little so that the customer feels comfortable with me in or around their home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lead paint remediation certification. My current job has taught me how to remediate fire,water, and mold damage as well.
