- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer overnight turnaround for an extra $200.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We chat initially to understand what you need. We’ll then move to the design process. Depending on the scale, your queue time will vary, but this information is provided upfront. We move into proofing afterward, where you’ll have an opportunity to request revisions or make corrections! And finally, we’ll get to completion. We’ll finalize the design and package your files. I offer print guidance as well if necessary!
