What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can be done by the hour or project depending on what it is. But, still keeping it less than the big companies even though my work is no less and hopefully better. *There is a minimum fee through Thumbtack to help cover their fees*
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working as a helper for a few companies through the years and always completing my own projects instead of hiring out. Background in management and training.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been a hands on person and big on learning how to do things myself my entire life. Also, not being able to rely on companies to do their job at least 100%, communicate, practice good customer service, and be self accountable.
