• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  Each job is different just as every customer has a different need. We are here to listen and help you figure out what service is best for the client. For house Clean8ng we can offer a one person team up to a 3 or 4 person team. Ideally a 2 person team is best in most cases But A lot 9f people enjoy the personalized service of a one lady house keeper.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  We listen most importantly ! We listen to what the customer needs and we match them with the correct services. Many times the customer think they need more than what they actually do. So we try to save the customer money by matching them with the right service. We have many services we provide and after 30 years we are fully trained professionals in all areas.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  We have 30 years on the job training . I started when I was 15 years old and grew into a family business. I also am accredited with janitorial associations. I'm mold and water restoration certified.
