- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always transparent and fair. Each quote includes labor, materials, and prep work—no hidden fees. I also offer discounts for larger projects or repeat customers. Every job is priced based on the size, condition, and specific needs of the space so you always know exactly what you’re paying for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a quick conversation or visit to understand the customer’s vision and expectations. Then I provide a detailed estimate explaining the prep work, materials, and timeline. Once approved, I handle everything—from protecting furniture and floors to cleanup—so the customer can relax while I transform their space. Communication is key from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed multiple on-the-job trainings through years of hands-on residential and commercial painting. I’ve also learned professional surface preparation, color matching, priming techniques, and best practices for both interior and exterior coatings. Experience and consistent attention to detail have been my biggest teachers.
