I've been a runner for four years. Earlier this year I decided to increase my running distance to 13 miles. I knew, I needed to be stronger to complete this goal. Willie, with 3 Dimensional Fitness help me achieve this goal. To date I have run three half a marathons. I'm stronger then I 've ever been. Willie truly loves personal training, as well as seeing his clients excel at their speed. He is the best!!!

Willie is the most knowledgeable personal trainer that I've ever had the pleasure of working with. When I first started out, he made sure that a thorough assessment of my fitness level was completed. He also provided a personalized meal plan and workout regimen in order for me to optimize the work that I was doing in sessions. Between sessions he made himself available to answer any questions that I had regarding proper form for workouts and suggestions for what to do between workouts. I'm a cardiac patient diagnosed with congestive heart failure, and by my last cardiology check up the blood tests revealed that there were no traces of congestive heart failure. I am stronger and healthier all because of the work that I was able to do with Willie. If you want to change your life, 3Dimensional Fitness with Willie Davis, III is the way to go!

Willie is an amazing personal trainer. He is very patient but also pushes and motivates me to work hard. Willie is very professional and has an awesome personality. He is very knowledgeable of the fitness industry as well, not to mention affordable. I would definitely recommend Willie!

I have been a client with 3 Dimensional Fitness since January 2016. When I started my training sessions with Willie Davis, I did not want to lose weight but I wanted to work on toning. I have never had a personal trainer so I was not sure what to expect. Willie developed a workout routine to help me tone and he gave me a meal plan to aid in reaching my goals. I am starting to see results and I feel really good about me. I am currently on medication for high blood pressure. When I went to see my doctor in May, I received the best health report in 5 years. My blood pressure was the lowest it has ever been!! Willie is a great motivator. When I want to quit and give up, he knows just what to say to help me push harder. When I was getting down on myself because I was not seeing results, he explained the process of toning so I would not get discouraged. Joining 3 Dimensional Fitness has helped me as a whole person. I am more confident. I am more focused and I am more toned. I look forward to my workouts and I can't wait to see the end results. I was not sure what to expect in the beginning but I now feel I made the best decision of my life. Training with Willie Davis of 3 Dimensional Fitness will be the best decision of your life also. Willie is a great trainer. He keeps you motivated and wont let you stop until the workout is over, which I need. He is thorough and understands your needs of getting in better shape! :-)

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I offer the first session free of charge, and a discounted rate when the client purchases 6 or more sessions at once.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    My typical process is to initially see the clients range of motion. Test their stability, some strength, and then we move on from there. I monitor their progress with recording their growth in my client database.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am certified from the National Academy of Sports medicine.
