Heather is fantastic and did an excellent job watching our pets! She was willing to help us out on short notice, took time out of her schedule to meet with us beforehand, and checked in frequently while watching the pets. We loved the pictures and videos she sent showing how well our pets were doing so that we could relax while we were away. Heather was a Godsend. I had an out of state emergency and had 2 days Christmas and the next day to find a dog sitter. Heather responded immediately and arranged to watch my American Bulldog, Murphy. He was well cared for. I am more than satisfied with Heather. I would not hesitate to use her again and I would strongly recommend her services to anyone in need of a pet sitter.

Heather has been such a blessing for me and my fur babies. I have two older dogs who are extremely anxious when we take trips, but heather makes them feel safe and loved. Heather always provides updates and photos and most importantly pays very close attention to how my pets are feeling. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are based on the following criteria: 1. Location 2. Number of visits per day 3. Number of pets 4. Additional services - meds, watering plants, collecting mail. 5. Dates - holidays are premium prices and last minute bookings can carry a higher daily fee. 6. Once a fee is established that is the daily fee. Daily fees are accessed in whole for a full day of visits or a partial day of visits the fee remains the same and is not divisible by visits.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the animal but generally we'll do a quick meet and greet to introduce the pet and make sure they will accept me. With Pets known to bite or attack multiple visits may be needed while the family is still home in order too allow he/she to recognize I'm not a threat.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Since the 4th grade, my friends and neighbors (around the world) have asked me to take care of their pets. Why not earn money doing what you have always loved to do.
