Heather did a awesome job.Our dogs did excellent under Heather's care!! We looked on her website, she came right over and connected with our babies right away!! Animals know animal lovers!!! We have never used a service like this before, but we were very impressed with Heather, I highly, highly recommend her! My pups loved her!!!

Heather,
Her first visit , meeting are babies was great.She new how to relate with are dogs immediately. We have 2 dogs and one is more shy. We told her, about what are needs are and that they are rescue dogs that have some issues. However, she new what and how she would take care of them. So, first impression 👍we are hoping that this visit is going to be a perfect fit for are babies. As , she will come again . But, we have no worries at this time. So, I have to give her 4 star for first visit with us. We are looking forward to having her pet sit to give more positive reviews on her.

Heather was wonderful. She took such good care of my 2dogs and cat as if they were her own. She sent pictures and videos of my fur babies everyday to me and kept in contact to let me know how they were doing. We were gone a whole week and she checked on them 3 times a day for me, her prices are very reasonable for the care and time she took to make sure they were ok. Lucky to have found her and I’ll be calling her again. Thanks Heather!!!😻

Heather has been such a blessing for me and my fur babies. I have two older dogs who are extremely anxious when we take trips, but heather makes them feel safe and loved. Heather always provides updates and photos and most importantly pays very close attention to how my pets are feeling. In addition to treating my pets as her own, Heather makes every attempt to accommodate my sometimes last minute trips. If you are looking for a person that will treat your pets as her own, Heather is the pet help for you!

Heather took GREAT care of our 2 dogs (one very grumpy chihuahua and one very nervous poodle) and 2 cats. She is wonderful and we will be sure to use her services again. It was such a relief to not worry about the animals while we were out of town. So glad to have met her!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are based on the following criteria:
1. Location
2. Number of visits per day
3. Number of pets
4. Additional services - meds, watering plants, collecting mail.
5. Dates - holidays are premium prices and last minute bookings can carry a higher daily fee.
6. Once a fee is established that is the daily fee. Daily fees are accessed in whole for a full day of visits or a partial day of visits the fee remains the same and is not divisible by visits.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the animal but generally we'll do a quick meet and greet to introduce the pet and make sure they will accept me. With Pets known to bite or attack multiple visits may be needed while the family is still home in order too allow he/she to recognize I'm not a threat.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Since the 4th grade, my friends and neighbors (around the world) have asked me to take care of their pets. Why not earn money doing what you have always loved to do.
