- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts for multiple services or add-ons purchased during a service call. The online estimate tool is approximate and usually on the high side as it does not take into account multi-service discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very simple! Customers can ****************. Those prices dont include discounts so its always good to ********************. We can even come out and provide a free estimate onsite
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years of working in residential homes and commerical properties doing everything from moving, estimating, cleaning, installations. I also spent over 8 weeks recently in chemistry and fiber related classes that focus specifically on carpets and floors.
