Jay and Shannon are not good cleaners. I requested service for a clean out including specifically the refrigerator and stove/oven. They did not clean either. Jay did help with my storing a few things left out of my pod. Shannon did a good job on my bathrooms. She can vacuum, but did not adequately clean the hardwood floors or linoleum floor. This is my stove and oven after they “cleaned” it.
I would not recommend them or hire them again.

He completed the work incorrectly and left without saying anything even though he knew it was wrong. I called him several times to give him the opportunity to fix it and he did not answer me at all. I also texted and he read my texts. He took 6 hours to complete this as well. Would not recommend stay clear of this one.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
i will always offer a more than fair price included in my estimate but that never makes it final. if they need a little room to come down sometimes I'm understand. and would always much rather get a job worth it than to not 👍
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I tend to work for a new customer with just a little extra to ensure the conversion of new client to long term client. which is what I work on building every time
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
well I worked for an emergency response unit and ended up running my own crews for a total of 10 years . I'm reliable, dependable. and in this line of work sometimes can be challenging
