Thank you, Mark. The resurfaced deck looks great. The grading and repair underneath the deck surpassed our expectations. The footers were sinking due to excessive water pooling up under the deck so Mark dug up the drains, repaired them, and graded the slope under the deck. We had multiple heavy rainstorms in the last few weeks and we haven't had any issues with the water since the repair. Communication was clear and the project was completed in a reasonable amount of time.
