My screen door and threshold area were in sad shape. Thought I would need take down,rip up everything to fix it. Handyman Services came and looked at it and determined that the door was a good door, just hung wrong originally. He fixed the threshold without starting from scratch, added some new hardware to the screen door and re-hung it and everything is now good as new. He did great work and saved me some money! I had gotten other estimates that were much higher because they wanted me to buy new stuff, on top of their fee to do the work.
