We hired these folks for a kitchen backsplash demo (that was particularly difficult material) and porcelain tile install. Emanuel is responsive, polite, honest, and very knowledgeable. Did an estimate for me, I even offered an additional job If he was interested in taking it. Weeks later now, no estimate sent to me, and will not respond to me at all. It’s amazing how many of these “contractors” do business this way. I’ve had a business for years and would never treat a customer that way. Have some integrity, be a man, and if you don’t want the job say so. This seems very common with contractors. Most of these guys don’t deserve anyone’s business. *Update - Emanuel did respond, but only after my bad review. He sent an estimate and apologized. I appreciate that, but I'm not hiring anyone I have to chase after. I raised the review to a 2 star for the apology.
