- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have researched the pricing in my area to what I charge and I am am fair and honest. If you are looking at Appliance Repair Work I use blue book pricing for this work!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introducing myself and understanding what they want! For Appliances find out what the issue is and then perform a thorough diagnostic on the machine!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was born into junk removal my grandfather & father did this work and I was out there everyday helping them and I recently realized I had gotten away from that and have decided to renew the passion for helping people with there Junk/Trash Issues. I have been doing yard work since I could pick up a shovel! I have been working on Appliances Since 2015! I have hands on training and online training and continue my training daily. I feel that no matter how long you have been doing this the training never stops because the changes in Appliances never stop and you have to keep up with the times!
