- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on a $25 per methodology (includes furniture moving, essential chemicals and travel). A room is defined by our company as less than 180 sqft. (10x18). Our special for thumbtack is $79 per job (Carpet cleaning only).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quote a work order (our goal is to be within 5-10% for stated work). Perform service. Post service follow up to ensure satisfaction and remedy any negative concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree from Campbell University in Biochemistry and Chemistry. My knowledge of chemical reactions (physical and biological) will allow me to maximize the chemicals tools at my disposal to ensure a thorough cleaning for all of my customers.
