Kimi sent a worker to our house, quoted us a price for a re-stretch of pretty much the whole second floor before they came (they weren't the original install, they came and fixed our contracted layers, Shaw never bothered calling us back), the installer fixed our carpet and took 25.00 off the quoted price because it was less then anticipated. That......is integrity. Will never go anywhere else.

Michael arrived on time. Repaired our carpet perfectly in a timely manner. He was courteous, friendly, explained what he was doing and why. We are very happy with the results and would definitely use them again.

Had a repair job on my carpet- replaced section with a remnant left over from installation 4 years ago. Two installers showed up as scheduled, were polite and friendly, knew what they were doing, worked efficiently and charged a fair price. Who could ask for more?
