Had a repair job on my carpet- replaced section with a remnant left over from installation 4 years ago. Two installers showed up as scheduled, were polite and friendly, knew what they were doing, worked efficiently and charged a fair price. Who could ask for more?

Kimi sent a worker to our house, quoted us a price for a re-stretch of pretty much the whole second floor before they came (they weren't the original install, they came and fixed our contracted layers, Shaw never bothered calling us back), the installer fixed our carpet and took 25.00 off the quoted price because it was less then anticipated. That......is integrity. Will never go anywhere else.

Mike did a carpet re-stretching in our family room. He did an outstanding job on a room that had several hard spots to work with. The carpet looks brand new. Mike definitely knows what he is doing when it comes to carpet repair.
