ADG Inspection and Services, LLC is a veteran, family owned and operated business. I do a Complete and thorough inspection of the house. I open, operate, turn, run, close, inspect 100 percent of the doors, windows, outlets, faucets, drains, and smoke detectors (instead of the required 'one per room"). I take all my findings and put them together to publish a Very detailed Report that covers not only the things that i find to be a defect, but i include the details about the HVAC and Hot water systems, as in Year built, the Hot water system specifics, and the materials used in the plumbing supply and drain systems, appliance brands, and information about additional systems. My reports are so thorough, I will know more about your house than you do. My report includes explanations and pictures of defects and safety issues, but also the various information tags for the heating and cooling, and other systems.. I am available 7 days a week. All of my pre-purchase inspections are guaranteed for 90 days following date of purchase; (here is the fine print) If your participating inspector misses anything, InterNACHI will buy your home back. And now for the “fine print”: Honored for 90 days after closing. Valid for home inspections performed for home buyers by participating InterNACHI members. We'll pay you whatever price you paid for the home. The home must be listed with a licensed real estate agent. Excludes homes with material defects not present at the time of the inspection, or not required to be inspected per InterNACHI's Residential Standards of Practice.
