We had Pro Build + Designs complete a major backyard and patio renovation for us starting in June, and we could not be happier with how everything turned out. This was a pretty large project that completely transformed the back of our house and gave us significantly more outdoor living space than we had before. The project included a major concrete extension that greatly expanded the footprint of our backyard and continued along the side of our house. They also significantly expanded our covered patio, added recessed can lighting and two ceiling fans, installed a stone wall underneath the patio, and framed out a dedicated space for a 65-inch TV.They also replaced our existing swing door with a sliding glass door. When they removed the original door, they discovered that it had not been properly framed to code by the original builder. Rather than simply installing the new door and covering up the existing problem, Branden and his team properly reframed the opening to code and made sure everything was structurally sound. They also took the time to color-match the siding and match all of the exterior finishes to the original house. Looking at the finished product, everything blends together extremely well and looks like it was built with the house from the beginning. With a project this size, there were a couple of setbacks along the way, including materials that arrived damaged. Those issues were completely outside of Branden and his crews control. Branden did everything he could to make up the lost time without cutting corners or sacrificing the quality of the work.Throughout the entire project, Branden was extremely easy to work with and very communicative. He kept us informed about what was going on, what was coming next, and any issues that came up. Anytime I asked for something to be changed, adjusted, or fixed, Branden made sure it was taken care of.His crew was also very respectful of our property. At the end of every workday, they cleaned the area and made sure trash and debris were not left behind. That may seem like a small thing, but over the course of a project this large, it made a big difference.Branden and his team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the finished product. What started as an outdoor renovation ended up completely changing how we can use the back of our home. The quality of the work, attention to detail, communication, and willingness to handle unexpected issues the right way exceeded our expectations. We are extremely happy with the finished project and would absolutely recommend Pro Build + Designs to anyone looking for a contractor who takes pride in his work and makes sure the job is done right. This review written by a human and not AI..... Although we did find Branden and his team off ChatGPT. LOL (true story)

I recently completed a full kitchen renovation with ProBuild+Design, LLC, and I could not be happier with the results. Branden did a fabulous job from start to finish. Our dated mid-70's contemporary home now has a beautiful, modern kitchen featuring new cabinets, updated appliances, stunning quartz countertops, and an open-concept design that completely transformed the space. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. Branden was professional, responsive, and committed to delivering high-quality work throughout the project. The new layout has improved both the appearance and functionality of the home, and the kitchen has become our favorite room. If you're looking for a contractor who takes pride in his work and delivers exceptional results, I highly recommend ProBuild+Design, LLC.

I highly recommend this contractor, I have a 5000 gallon above the ground Koi pool, and controlling green algae was impossible because it was in full sun. I needed shade so I purchased a large metal pergola. I hired this company to assemble it, but there was a challenge because it couldnt be built over the pool so it was assembled next to the pool and move it over and line it to the 4 concrete posts 4 in feet in ground, and all of it had to line up perfectly. Next was to move it over, and they engineered a plan that took 4 men and they picked it up and walked it over the pool, and it lined up.Branden and his crew were so nice and kept me informed every step of the assembly; it took several days to do it right.I have another project coming up and I hired this company to assemble it for me.
