M&S did a great job on my roof repairs. They were able to assess the situation,give me a quote, and complete the job within a week. Other companies took several days to give a quote and couldn’t do the job for another 2 weeks. M&S cleaned up to assure nothing was left behind.

Eduardo and his team worked diligently on getting some rotted fascia and gutters repaired for us. They kept in touch through out the repairs and provided pricing information after looking at the damage. Photos were provided for before and after repairs, and everything looks great. Highly recommend using M&S Roofing LLC.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
M&S roofing completes all work in house, rather than sub contracting the work. This passes on savings to our customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first meet with the customer at the site of the project, before giving an estimate, unless photos are provided. We want to make sure that our scope-of-work is correct from the start. Often times it isn't possible to get a good idea of what a customer truly wants until you listen to their thoughts and ideas while looking at the project at hand. Once the customer approves the project we establish an order of operations and a timeline for the project to be completed. Before the job starts and throughout the construction phase we will document and photograph everything that we do. This is the best way to keep good communication and trust.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner Eduardo was raised in the construction industry with his father who did general construction and specializing in roof repairs and replacements . He has been roofing for half a decade. He worked in the roofing industry for an additional 4 years before starting his own restoration/remodeling company.
