Recommended! I had a laundry list of things I needed to repair with my irrigationsystem, including leaks, broken heads, repositioning, you name it. Jacob was able to tackle every single one. He provided straight forward and clear estimates for every single item, options for how to handle each situation, and communicated with me throughout. He seems to be a hardworking guy who's making an honest living. Although my bill ended up being more than I expected, it's because of the amount of repairs I needed. His prices are totally reasonable. I will trust him with future work and recommend him to others.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do charge a service fee for coming out to look at the problem or to troubleshoot. This covers the first hour of my time and for making the trip to your property.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always introduce myself from the beginning and then get to know a little about the customer before getting to business.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate Degree in Business. And 5 years experience doing irrigation service work.
