Came and looked at my house after I explained to him what I wanted done. He inspected and gave quote. Was to come by to pick up money for materials and then text me and said we had a misunderstanding of the work that I wanted done. I stated 2 times the work was over 20’ high. Waste of my time. Would not recommend to build a dog house.

Sir we have been texting all evening. I just went back through your job description and all the messages I've received from you and not once did you say second story nor anything about 20'. Not even once was either mentioned until the very end and it was mentioned once less than an hour ago which is when I started saying there was misunderstanding. I looked at the ground level and it's also rotten and needs replaced which is what I thought you needed done based on what I was told. Good luck sir!
