This person was not professional, botched the job, and left things unfinished. He lied about his ability and then lied again and tried to blame the Home Depot associate for his incompetence by using a product on floors that is not even supposed to be used on floors. The total job has to be redone. Run away from this guy. He talks a good game but does not deliver.
