I had the absolute pleasure of being a customer for Erika's bridal makeup services for my wedding this past June! I could not have asked for a better experience - Erika was SO very prompt, professional, helpful, and just a complete joy to be around :) she made the entire process so much fun and so enjoyable, even amongst all the wedding stress. Erika met with my sister (the maid of honor) and I prior to the wedding to do a practice session. Erika was very knowledgable about all of the products and knew exactly which products would be best for both of us (based on skin tone, type, etc). At the same time, she was also very receptive to our own preferences and always made a point to ask our opinion and catered to our needs. She arrived promptly to the location that the bridesmaids were staying the day of the wedding, and every one of my bridesmaids kept telling me how much they loved working with Erika and the wonderful job that she did with their makeup. Erika spent several hours on the bridesmaids makeup, taking special care with each and every one (plus myself and my mother). She was very efficient, but also meticulous to the point of perfection. We all had SUCH a great experience, and absolutely love the prpducts. I will never use anything else except Mary Kay! It is an understatement to say that Erika went above and beyond. I truly could not have asked for a better experience - she was such a blessing and the pictures look great. I had heard about Erika through friends, which unfortunately was after my bridal portraits. Comparing my bridal portrait pictures with the pictures from the wedding, it is AMAZING what a difference there is. I am so thankful to have had Erika to be our makeup specialist for the wedding, and HIGHLY recommend her services and products!!

I have done several Mary Kay makeovers with Erika and each one is new and refreshing. She is always up on the latest products. She makes it fun and informative. I always leave with a new makeup tip and of course new goodies to try. She works with my schedule. She is always prompt at getting back to me and her customer service is outstanding. I so look forward to her Christmas open house each year. Great Mary Kay products, food and fun. I love having Erika as my Mary Kay rep!!!

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will communicate through Thumbtack to answer any questions. Then we can set up a time for an initial consultation to discuss needs & do a trial. If interested we will complete a contract for day of services and save the date just for you!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm always going to workshops and trainings to continue my education and perfect my craft. School is never out for the pro!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with all different ages, ethnicities & styles. I do mostly event makeup, but also have experience with makeup for print work as well as on screen. If you're curious what I can do, just ask! And if you're uncertain, we can always do a trial to be sure you get exactly what you want.
