I price by different methods for example doing flooring it's priced by the sq foot...I have done project pricing as will.. and I have done hourly

my father and his father was carpenters and I have 8+ years in construction from outdoor buildings to building screened in porch/deck I have 2+ years laying flooring...giving the opportunity I would not disappoint
