I needed a few random, last minute things done before listing our home for sale - reattaching a shutter, securing cords from a rooftop dish, and removing window film from two story windows. LC's Home Improvement does quality work. I had them build me a deck and some kitchen cabinets. They were very professional and hard working. I told them before starting the jobs that I was on a fixed income and Chris was very polite and willing to work with me on the projects. If you are looking for someone to care about your home as he would his own, then LC's Home Improvement is the guy's to call.

I price by different methods for example doing flooring it's priced by the sq foot...I have done project pricing as will.. and I have done hourly
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
getting to know the customer to better understand what they want
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
my father and his father was carpenters and I have 8+ years in construction from outdoor buildings to building screened in porch/deck I have 2+ years laying flooring...giving the opportunity I would not disappoint
