- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new or existing customers, We provide skilled friendly and professional service. When contacting us we first listened to your concerns then we’ll gather information and a day and time convenient to set an appointment Customer will receive notification before arrival, after greeting the customer we will look over any problems and may ask questions to further understand these issues. Then we will provide an estimate for proposed work to be done. After going over the estimate the customer will have the option to approve the estimate for any work to begin.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
To check if a company is properly licensed to do plumbing by visiting the State Board of Examiners of Plumbing, Heating and Fire Sprinkler Contractors website and going to license search. Having a standard business license is not a specific trade license like Plumbing, HVAC or electrical. To have these types of licenses you must have the required experience and pass a state exam.
