- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer add ons, just ask! We do discounts for recurring customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers, we usually start with a good deep cleaning. This usually takes a little longer, but it's worth it! After the initial cleaning, it will be cheaper and quicker for future cleanings. This includes everything. Baseboards, scrubbing of showers and tubs if needed, windows, etc. Unless otherwise instructed.

We have been in business for years. From local clients, property management companies, & working with other companies.
