I am an ordained Christian minister, in Locust NC, retired pastor, marriage and family counselor, and retired educator who performs weddings for those who desire a Christian wedding and offers counseling for couples both premarital and during marriage. As weddings exemplify the Divine relationship between God’s children and His Son Jesus Christ who forgave our sins on Calvary, and awaits us in Glory as our Heavenly Bridegroom and we His Bride, my prayer is that you will present yourselves to the world as a picture of Christ and His Church, and acknowledge His Grace, Mercy, & Forgiveness, which awaits all who confess Him as Lord & Saviour

Weddings are a blessed event, and it is my goal and desire to perform a ceremony that will be fulfilling, meaningful, and inspiring. I have performed numerous and varied weddings and counseling experiences. I have performed several weddings over the years and have been contacted numerous times via Thumbtack, etc.
From the very beginning of our initial meeting to the hugs at the end of the night, I will strive to ensure that every detail of your wedding vows is personal, perfect, timeless, enthralling & memorable.
At times, my lovely wife of 25+ years, Phyllis, accompanies me and offers comfort and an understanding shoulder for female patrons.
I have incorporated several ceremonials, including unity candle, unity sand, unity cross, plant/tree, three cord rope, hand fasting, butterfly release, jumping the broom, letter box, coin/cord/veil, blessing stones, canvas painting, spice blend, couple's/mother's roses, and other ceremonials. We can discuss if you wish to use one, or design one of your own that is morally, legally, and scripturally acceptable

Baby/children dedications are available at time of couples' choosing at no add'l fee
