Got the installation done in a timely manner, cleaned up work area, and worked with me to ensure the doorbell cam was positioned correctly and working properly. He literally “did his homework” to ensure he was familiar with the brand of device beforehand. Bravo!

He was very prompt in responding to my request. Came out in a timely manner and checked spot around pipe in attic and on roof. Returned at a later date and supposedly fixed the leak. I felt price was a bit high for a 15” job, but main concern was stopping the leak. The next rain we had led to the same leak we had experienced prior to his repair. My husband decided to do the repair himself and once he applied the repair materials on roof and in attic ceiling, we had no further leaking. Commercial repair was a waste of money and a bit expensive when he was here no more than 15” and applied a little sealant around the pipe that did not remedy the leak. This is my honest assessment.
