My rating is based on our initial estimate meeting with Santiago this morning. He was friendly, knowledgeable and carefully listened to our concerns related to the lawn. He seemed more interested in helping us solve the lawn issues vs. trying to sell us his services. We have committed to working with him and his team to revive our lawn and landscaping moving forward.

Santiago and his team were incredibly professional and communicative - and made the entire experience easy. He came by and provided a quick bid on the job, then coordinated the execution of the work quickly, and easily. There was a little bit of work that was missed, but I also was unable to be there the day of the work for the team to ask any questions. When I shared about the missed work Santiago quickly responded, apologized, and came back faster than I was even available and completed the job. We was kind and demonstrated some of the best customer-service I’ve seen in ages. He even thought to use a different kind of chemical in the area of my yard where my kids play, which I hadn’t thought of or realized was an option. A detail to their service and quality. We will be hiring them to maintain our yard for the rest of the season!

What can we say except that we are extremely happy so far with CSP Services! They gave a very fair quote, brought a work team that was very professional and focused, and Santiago was incredibly knowledgeable and great to work with. Ours was a big, aaalll day job to get the property under some state of managed chaos that they actually managed to bring to.managed BEAUTY in a day. Their team was respectful of the various plantlife we had on the property, any kids or pets that might be involved, and any dangers. We are looking forward to an ongoing relationship with them and would recommend them to anyone. It feels more like consulting /partnering with knowledgeable professionals than "just" hiring someone to mow the lawn.
