What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in keeping my pricing transparent and affordable. Session rates vary depending on the type of shoot, location, and length of coverage. Travel fees may apply for locations outside the Charlotte/Gastonia area, and overnight travel requires clients to cover lodging and travel expenses. I also offer custom packages to fit different budgets and needs. Feel free to reach out for a personalized quote—I'm happy to work with you to find an option that fits your vision and budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a conversation about your vision, goals, and the type of photos you're looking for. Once we discuss the details, we'll choose a date, location, and package that best fits your needs. On the day of the session, I focus on creating a comfortable and relaxed environment so you can enjoy the experience and be yourself. Afterward, I carefully edit your images and deliver them through a private online gallery where you can easily view, download, and share your photos. Throughout the entire process, I'm available to answer questions and make sure you have a great experience from start to finish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed Basic and Intermediate Photography certification courses through Nova College in Puerto Rico, where I received training in camera operation, composition, lighting, exposure, and photo editing. Since then, I've continued building my experience through portrait, event, and creative photography projects, always focusing on creating authentic and memorable images for my clients.
