- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe my pricing is fair and priced reasonably. I do charge extra for travel expenses when the event is more than 50 miles away. I find it best to get all the details from a client before creating an accurate estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talking (not texting or E-mailing) to find out exactly what their needs are. I try to stay quiet until the new customer reveals all the items they need solutions for.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My background in computers helped me to learn the technical aspects of photography. Once I learned that I moved to the more difficult and more rewarding creative side of photography.
