- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The hourly rates listed are estimates. Set up, bar service and breakdown will be included in your total. If your event is outside of a 75 mile radius from my home, there will be an additional fee of $2 per additional mile added to your total. If no tip jar is allowed at your event a 25% service charge will be added.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I respond very quickly to get all the details on the upcoming event. I let the client reach out to me from that point if there is anything else needed for the bar at their event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am TIPS certified, I have completed the eTIPS On Premise 3.1 I also completed the Professional Server Certification Course under the North Carolina Responsible Serve program.
