Introduction: I have painted apartments for nearly 20 years. I'll repair small holes, sand and paint inside only. I have also cleaned apartments for 10 years. I have managed a family site and a site for elderly and disable as well, for 10 years. We are determined to make our apartments look as if no one has lived there, when we re rent to other tenants. I am looking for something extra on the side. Re renting apartments does not occur on a monthly basis.
