It started with cutting a kitchen passthrough and expanded to demolition and rebuilding basement stairs, and building a deck, which involves adding steps and recutting a door opening. Terry has exceptional integrity, is kind, very communicative and very smart, an excellent problem-solver and able to grasp my intentions and aesthetic preferences instantly. He has so much experience that he can quickly break an estimated job down and is completely transparent with the details of all costs. He ASKS when I need to make choices (doesn't assume). The people he brings to work on larger jobs are also good people, a pleasure to be around. All this, and his prices are very fair!

I had quite a lot to be hauled away. Terry was not only on time, worked hard in the heat and managed to take away EVERYTHING in one trip....but he is an extremely nice person! I definitely will call him again!

Terry and his crew got my project, a reinforced concrete pad for my motor home, done on time and within my budget. They were very professional but very friendly, and worked with me to insure I got the best bang for my buck.

We are looking for a contractor specifically to install a cable style steel railing system for our existing deck. Terry at W.C. Builders told us that he only does the preparation (demo and cleanup of old railing) and sub contracts the installation of this type of railing to American Cable Rail . He was very helpful and gave us the the name and contact phone #. We are now working with American Cable Rail. We are very grateful to Terry from W.C. Builders for his professionalism and his help.
