Alex was a RELIABLE pro that replaced a rotted porch post. This was a serious issue since this was the only weight-bearing post holding up our porch roof and required immediate attention. We contacted 4 pros and Alex was the only RELIABLE pro that showed up for the scheduled estimate and completed the project 4 days later. He responded to all messages in a timely manner and was very polite and professional. We would definitely hire Alex again if needed.

Very professional, friendly and patient. I had more than a few design changes but Alex completed them all . Alex and Marilyn have become family friends. They are knowledgeable and have great design ideas. We hit a few snags with product delivery and workmanship. The reason for 4 stars is because the work completed by subcontractors for painting and tile installation was poorly executed. My hope is that as Alma Home Solutions grows and take on larger projects like mine, they will hire more experienced help. Overall good job!!
