Responded quickly. Came in person to view the property quickly. Provided a realistic and fair quote for the work. Did exactly what he said he would do and finished the work in two days. When we discovered some deeper issues with the job he was flexible, let me know early on, and still finished within 10 percent of the original estimate.

This repairman kind of shady. He was charging way more than the going rate for a few sheets of siding. Another handyman used his work estimation tool to quote the cost of the work. 4 sheets of siding should have costed us around 350-375 including labor. This guy was charging me 800 for labor alone. Then wanted to charge an additional 300 because he claimed he had to purchase an entire box of siding because he wasn’t allowed to buy individual pieces. We over-paid him for the work that was completed and took our business elsewhere.

Dude did not show up and did not notify me, so I sent a text stating disappointment regarding the no show, no notification. After receiving my text, the dude called and we scheduled another time for same day. Dude showed up 45 minutes late. Sent him away. Unreliable.
