Dale Russ was excellent. He communicated with me several times to set up a time that worked well for me and him. He was on time for the appointment and completed the project quickly and to specifications. It was also the price we had discussed without any add ons. I would recommend Dale for any project roof to basement. You won’t be sorry.

Despite his claim of being a tile professional, I don’t believe that’s the case. Hired him to remove two vanities, install tile floor, install two new vanities. The removal process was good. However, the tile installation was iffy. On one of the rooms he started on he used the wrong adhesive. We have 12 x 24 porcelain tiles and he used something not rated for that material or size. And didn’t back butter them. He had to take up that floor and redo it. The vanities got installed OK but there was some installation damage.
He quoted doing other work, but after the first two rooms were completed, he no longer answered any calls. And he didn’t provide EIN for tax purposes after two requests. The tile install actually came ok but I would never hire this man again.
