- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
TV repair problems are submitted for just a donation requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Lead them to submit a TV Repair problem form from one of our members pages which will be sent to Sam the CEO. Sam will respond to all submitted forms with answers leading to a successful repair and the member whose form was submitted from their page can receive a donation from the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No Experience Necessary to be a member. Sam, the CEO answers all submitted forms from members pages.
